Siddikur 49th in Singapore

Siddikur Rahman finished 49th in the SMBC Singapore Open, which concluded at the Sentosa Golf Club yesterday.

The Bangladeshi played four-over-par (75) in the last round on Sunday for an aggregate of three-over-par (287).

The two-time Asian Tour winner made a great start to the event with a 68 in the opening round, but failed to continue the good work after the middle of the second round.

Sergio Garcia of Spain, meanwhile, had it too easy as he sealed victory with a five-stroke lead at 14-under-par (270).
