Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club beat Tampines Rovers of Singapore 3-2 in their AFC Cup fixture at the Bangabandhu National Stadium today. Landing Darboe scored twice while Emeka Darlington scored the other as the three-time Bangladesh Premier League champions registered their first points after four defeats in their debut campaign. Mustafic Fahruddin and Billy Mehmet scored the two goals for Tampines.
Sheikh Jamal will play away to group leaders Ceres La Salle in their last match of the group on May 10.
