The big sides in Europe all know their next rounds opponents after the draw for the last 16 stage took place today at the UEFA headquarters.

Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham and Manchester City have discovered their fate after the draw for the last-16 of the Champions League was conducted this morning. It was an exciting draw for the rest of Europe as well. Cristiano Ronaldo will meet an old enemy in Atletico Madrid while his former team Real Madrid did not get the easiest of ties after being drawn up alongside a resurgent Ajax.

Barcelona and Messi got a easier tie than their arch-rivals Real as they would be facing Lyon in the round of 16.

Jose Mourinho’s side United possibly got the hardest tie out there as the English side will be facing Neymar’s PSG in the round of 16. Bayern Munich and Liverpool, both five-times European champions, will meet as well one of three England-Germany clashes.
