Bangladesh lose SA games opener to Bhutan

Bangladesh came into the 13th South Asian games hoping to win a gold in football given that the regional powerhouse was not taking part but the men in red and green suffered a setback, losing their opening match to Bhutan 1-0 at Kathmandu today.

Chencho Gyeltshen, affectionately named as the Ronaldo of Bhutan scored the winner in the 64th minute to settle the tie for Bhutan.
