Kalshindur's U-15 footballer dies of fever

Sabina Yasmin, a ninth grader of Kalshindur Govt Girls' High School and a footballer under consideration for the national women's under-15 team, died in Dhobaura, Mymensingh on Tuesday afternoon.

It has been learnt that the player was suffering from fever and was taken to the local health complex where her condition deteriorated and she passed away at around 3:00pm. 

Bangladesh national women's team coach Golam Rabbani Choton informed The Daily Star that Sabina was in the long list of the u-15 squad that is supposed to start training for December's SAFF U-15 Women's Championship soon. A right-wing player, Sabina was also in the preliminary squad of the AFC Regional U-14 Championship Qualifiers in Tajikistan which Bangladesh had won in 2015.
