Mumbai beat Hyderabad in eliminator

Mumbai Indians prevailed over Sunrisers Hyderabad in a one-over eliminator to qualify for the Indian Premier League playoffs in Mumbai yesterday.

Opting to bat, Mumbai scored 162 for five in the allotted 20 overs, and then saw Hyderabad end their innings at the same score.

Needing nine to win in the Super Over, Hardik Pandya hammered Rashid Khan for a six in the first ball before Kieron Pollard took the side home.
