Milan train station evacuated after bomb scare

The city of Milan's metro services have been suspended after a suspicious package was found in one of the city's train stations ahead of tonight's Champions League final between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

Italian media reported that the metro service was halted for an hour after security cameras filmed a woman leaving parcels on the stairs of the Piazza Cadorna metro station.

Police evacuated the stations and a bomb squad was rushed to the location but they determined the packages to be harmless.
