Bangladesh came from two goals down to pull off a sensational 2-2 draw against Laos at the Lao National Stadium in Vientiane today.

Abu Sufian Sifil scored the equalizer deep into the three-minute injury time with a cool placing shot to complete a much-improved second-half performance. The international friendly was Bangladesh’s first game in 17 months since their heart-breaking 3-1 defeat against Bhutan. Bangladesh went into the second-half with a 2-0 deficit but came back strongly after the break. Jafar Iqbal made it 1-2 with a spectacular side flick in the 81st minute on a bumpy pitch.
