Rajshahi Kings appoint Daniel Vettori

Rajshahi Kings, who were runners-up in the 2016 edition of the BPL have appointed Daniel Vettori as their new head coach, a press release informed.

Vettori has been taken on board for a duration of two years and the New Zealander will look to improve the side's peroformances after their dismal showing in last year's BPL where they failed to make it to the top four.

Vettori has experience of coaching top international franchises – he is set to begin his fifth year as coach of the Royal Challengers Bengalore in the IPL. He also coaches Brisbane Heat in Australia's Big Bash league and Middlesex in Natwest T20 blast.
