Tigresses’ warm-up match abandoned

Bangladesh women's cricket team's World Cup warm-up match against Thailand women was abandoned today without a ball being bowled.

The Bangladesh women's cricket team were named in Group A for the upcoming ICC Women's T20 World Cup against hosts Australia, India, New Zealand and Sri Lanka. The tournament is scheduled to begin from February 21. The Tigresses are scheduled to play Pakistan in their second warm-up match on February 20 before taking on India in their opening World Cup fixture on February 24th.
