Plunkett joins Chattogram

Chattogram Challengers have acquired the services of England World Cup winner Liam Plunkett for the special edition of the ongoing BBPL, the Challengers confirmed via a Facebook post yesterday.

Chattogram are currently top of the standings having won four out of their five games under the leadership of Mahmudullah Riyad. Plunkett joined the side yesterday at Chattogram. The pacer had previously played for Sylhet Sixers in the BPL.

Plunkett contributed to England's success in the 2019 World Cup at home, bagging 11 wickets in 7 matches. He bagged three wickets in the final against New Zealand at Lord's as England hoisted the trophy for the first time in history.
