32.5, Ban 135/5 - Rabada comes in with a slight angle and then gets the in-dipper. Liton Das leaves it alone and his ball crashes his off-stump uprooting it violently. Beautiful sight for the bowler. Sorry one for the batsman.

Liton Das b Phehlukwayo 18 (25b 4x4 0x6) SR: 72.00

End of over 30, Ban 128/4, Mahmudullah 32, Liton 18 not out

Bangladesh have looked to counter-attack after lunch. Mahmudullah and Liton Das in particular have tried to punish anything over-pitched.

29.4, Ban 128/4 - Liton flicks square of mid on and it;s four as well. Two boundaries off that over.

29.2, Ban123/4 - Mahmudullah drives again, this time square of cover. Great shot and four more.

27.5, Ban 119/4 - This time Mahmudullah waits and opens his bat to caress the ball trhough backward point for four.

27.2, Ban 115/4 -  Mahmudullah plays a glorious cover drive off Parnell and ball races to the boundary for four.

25.2, Ban 102/4 - Liton Das drives Parnell through the covers and it's four runs. That brings up the 100 for Bangladesh.

Players are back on after lunch.  Cricinfo live updates suggests that skipper Mushfiqur Rahim has been taken to the hospital for further assesment on the injury he suffered to the head.

That's lunch on day three of the second Test match. Bangladesh are struggling since the morning session and Wayne Parnell gets the prized wicket of Mushfiqur Rahim to see the Tigers slump to 92/4 at lunch.

23.4, Ban 92/4 - Parnell strikes Mushfiqur on the pad. Umpire gives out immediately following appeals from the fielders.

22.6, Ban 92/3 - Mahmudullah goes down the track and lifts Maharaj over mid off for six.

21.2, Ban 81/3 -  Mahmudullah rocks back onto the back foot and punches Wayne Parnell through the covers for four to open his account.

End of over 20, Ban 75/3, Mushfiqur 25, Mahmudullah 0 not out

There are six slips in place as Duanne Olivier is bowling. The Proteas have got the measure of the Bangladesh batsman.

Olivier has troubled Mushfiqur to no end at times. Finds the edge twice in the 18th over but both times it falls safely infront of the slip cordon.

16.6, Ban 71/3 - This time Mushfiqur places it wide of the man at cover but same result. Four more.

16.4, Ban 67/3 - Mushfiqur rocks back onto the back foot and dispatches Maharaj's delivery square of the wicket for four.

15.3, Ban 63/3 - Short delivery causes discomfort yet again. Imrul does something that is inbetween a flick and a fend-off. Manages to nick Olivier's delivery to the the keeper down his leg side. Out!

Imrul Kayes c de Kock b Olivier 32 (53b 5x4 1x6) SR: 60.37

End of over 15, Ban 62/2

Some of the deliveries have lower than expected.

14.1, Ban 58/2 - Imrul comes down the tract at dismissed Maharaj towards mid-off for six.

Mushfiqur is up on his feet. Hope is is alright! A new helmet has been brought on for Mushfiqur.

13.1, Ban 52/2 - Olivier's bouncer hits skipper Mushfiqur on the helmet. Mushfiqur is down. That does not look good. Mushfiq got down to the floor immediately and took off his helmet.

12.5, Ban 51/2 - Big shout from the Proteas fielders for leg-before. Umpire gives not out. The South Africans want the decision reviewed. Third umpire gives not out as well. Mushfiqur survives. Maharaj's delivery was drifting down the leg side.

11.3, Ban 49/2 - Short pitched one from Duanne Olivier. Imrul rocks back and pulls it through square leg for four. Lovely shot.

End of over 10, Ban 40/2

Bangladesh are in dire straits after losing Soumya Sarkar and Mominul Haque early in the first session. The Proteas have enjoyed the bounc on this pitch while the Tigers have failed to cope with the extra bounce. Imrul Kayes has lived particularly dangerously since coming on to the crease.

This will be severe test for Bangladesh on this third day of play. Skipper Mushfiqur Rahman is batting at the other end.

8.5, Ban 29/2 - Rabada takes his second wicket of the day. Set up Mominul to play the pull shot. Man out at deep square leg takes an easy catch. Unnecessary shot. Mominul Out!

Mominul Haque c Maharaj b Rabada 11 (13b 1x4 0x6) SR: 84.61

Most Bangladesh wickets have fallen in a similar manner. The batsmen have not been able to strategize well against the extra bounce. The y looked to get on top of the ball but has not always been able to knock the ball down on to the ground.

4.2, Ban 13/1 - Soumya nicks one through to the slip cordon off Kagiso Rabada. Du Plessis takes the catch. Gone!

Soumya Sarkar c du Plessis b Rabada 3 (8b 0x4 0x6) SR: 37.50
