English right-handed batsman Ian Bell is a veteran having played nearly 300 matches, even as he has not featured for the England national side recently. He said that it will be great for English cricketers to play in the Bangladesh Premier League. The 36-year old was roped in by Shakib Al Hasan's Dhaka Dynamites and he spoke about how BPL can help young English cricketers.

'It's good, isn't it? I think from English Cricket point of view it's great the guys came to play in these conditions. In home, we have given lot of emphasis on white ball cricket and the more you come out from the comfort zone, to play in English surfaces that we more used to," he opined.

The ball does not exactly come to the bat and holds up often and playing in these conditions mean that English players can add more abilities to their skillset, according to Bell. The cricketer has not managed to get a game yet but said that he is looking forward to learn from his experience here.

"It's nice to challenge yourself in different conditions and this is another competition to do so. I am little bit older than that but it's nice to come in my age in here but especially young players from England that's great experience for them to play with world class players people like Shakib and learn how to play in this condition. When they go back home, they will become a better player," he concluded.
