Nut up or shut up

Do you like action? Do you like mindless humour? Do you like violence and gore? Do you like zombies? More specifically, did you like the decade old zombie-flick, Zombieland? If your answer is yes for majority of the questions, we have some great news for you. As you might have guessed it – Zombieland will be back with a sequel! Yes, you read it right. We can now see our favourite quartet of Tallahassee, Columbus, Wichita and Little Rock, who made us all say, “Wow, and I thought my family is dysfunctional,” back in the highly anticipated sequel, Zombieland: Double Tap. The poster of the film was revealed, back in January, as a part of #10YearChallenge, and all we can say is, “God bless meme culture.” The OG film closed off all touchy-feely, and while that’s great, we have to admit that what we really want, is more zombie fighting sequences. The sequel promises to give us just that as the quad will now have to face new and evolved zombies. The brief trailer gave us insight to the film, and although we’re glad it didn’t reveal the entire plot (unlike some other films), it left us wanting more. One thing’s for sure though, we can expect to be thoroughly entertained. Spoiler alert: there are more survivors, hurray! The real question is, how on earth will we be able to wait until October 18, when Zombieland: Double Tap is set to hit the theatres. May the power of twinkies be with us.
