PLOT: Befikre is a present-day love story set in Paris. The story is about Dharam (Ranveer Singh) and Shyra (Vaani Kapoor), who meet each other in a party in Paris and slowly fall in love. This movie is all about expressing love and living life to the fullest.

REVIEW:  The story of this movie is very modern and impressive, and there are a lot of western influences in this movie which are appropriate given the setting.  There are Indian sentiments but they appear on the second half. The screenplay is very natural, and the performance of the cast is very commendable. Ranveer Singh brings energy and freshness in this movie with his brilliant acting skills. On the other hand, Vaani Kapoor did a great job with her role as well. She did not just compliment Ranveer Singh's character, but also matched his level of acting. The brilliant chemistry between Ranveer and Vaani was the most interesting part of the movie. The music of this movie was very good and one of the best soundtracks of this year by far. The movie was shot in Paris with beautiful locations and the cinematography was outstanding. However, it unfortunately fell short in the screenplay, as many of the good scenes was hindered by it. The script looked a little out of touch sometimes. Nonetheless, Befikre is a movie with a theme that is meant for the new generation and this movie sends the message that everyone should live in a carefree manner and love without restrictions.
