Plot: The coroners, Tommy Tilden and Austin Tilden start the autopsy of the dead body of an unidentified woman found buried in suburban house and start facing supernatural occurrences.

Review: The movie starts with the discovery of a murder scene in a suburban house. The sheriff of the town is perplexed by the mysterious nature of the murder scene and thus, immediately sends the unidentified body to the local coroner's office. Tommy and Austin begin the autopsy of Jane Doe and come across very severe internal injuries of the body with no external signs of the same injuries. In the meantime, a heavy storm starts and Austin starts to feel uneasy about conducting the autopsy but Tommy insists they finish what they started. Soon the power goes out and the father son duo realize what a big mistake they made by not leaving when they had the chance.

Emile Hirsch plays Tommy Tilden and Brian Cox plays Austin Tilden. Both the actors are very convincing as the small town coroners, specially Emile Hirsch. The movie maintains a mysterious aura like all other horror movies. However, this movie is definitely not for the squeamish and faint hearted. There are some very explicit and gruesome scenes which add to the horrific nature of the movie and thus, make it scarier. But unlike most horror movies, there are very few direct visuals of a ghost or any supernatural being. Only the dead body of Jane Doe is repeatedly shown as a reference to the supernatural. The movie is comparatively short but the first half of the movie feels rather long. The second half quickly builds on the first half and ends quite fast. However, the ending is anti climactic where it seems the story will just keep on continuing. Overall, the movie is definitely worth a watch specially with a group of friends looking for some serious scare.
