Tracee makes history

Tracee Ellis Ross made history when she won the Golden Globe Award for the Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series. She is the first black woman to ever do so, winning the award for her role as Dr. Rainbow in ABC's Black-ish. She was elated after winning this award, and dedicated it to all women, irrespective of race and color. "This is for all the women, women of color and colorful people whose stories, ideas and thoughts are not always considered worthy and valid and important", the awardee said.
