Samina Chowdhury Wants to Sue BTV

We all know Samina Chowdhury as a lovable and amiable personality. However, recently she has shown a rather angry side of herself, and understandably so. In the Eid episode of the show Anandamela in BTV, the singer of the song Amar Gorur Garite Bou Sajiye was wrongfully credited to Runa Laila instead of Samina Chowdhury. Samina Chowdhury has been severely upset at this blunder, and she feels that this has been an insult to Runa Laila's name. "Even little kids know who sang Amar Goruru Garite Bou Sajiye. I can't understand how BTV could make such a senseless mistake. Is this an example of a lack of research from their part? I really did not expect such a behavior from the BTV authorities," said Samina Chowdhury. She further said, "I am planning on filing a case against that BTV program. When someone is in charge of an organization, it is their responsibility to uphold correct information. This case of wrong crediting happened to me today, who knows who it can happen to in the future!"
