Mira Rajput's Tomfoolery

In a recent interview with Mid Day, Mira Rajput announced her views on motherhood. She stated, "I wouldn't want to spend one hour with Misha and then rush off to work. Why did I have her? Misha is not a puppy. I want to be there for her." When questioned about feminism, this Bollywood wife said, "Feminism isn't about a man versus a woman. It's about equality. There's a new wave of feminism which is about aggression." After her statements this privileged better half of Shahid Kapoor became a national laughing stock and punching bag for Twitter users across India. In his wife's defence, Shahid Kapoor reacted by saying, "I don't think she made a direct comment on anybody or any category of women, so to say. I think she was talking about a very personal standpoint."
