Kelvin Harrison and Jennifer Hudson to Star in “Monster”

Kelvin Hudson and Jennifer Hudson are all set to star in upcoming independent drama "Monster". The movie, which has recently started its production in New York City, will also include Jennifer Ehle, Nas, A$AP Rocky and many others.

The movie will mark the directorial debut of music video director Anthony Mandler, who is directing from a script provided by Colen C. Wiley, based on Walter Dean Myers' novel. The story revolves around a smart young man from Harlem studying in a prestigious high school through a complicated legal fight that could leave him spending the rest of his life in jail.

Kelvin is most famous for his role in TV drama "Roots" and Jennifer, for being a Grammy award-winning recording artist and an Academy Award-winning actress.
