Game of Thrones is the biggest hit of HBO with around 30 million viewers in the United States alone and billions across the globe. This time GoT fans will have to wait through a long winter to get Season 8, because HBO has confirmed that the final season won't be here until 2019. "The epic fantasy series Game of Thrones will return for its six-episode, eighth and final season in 2019," reads the official website. This Emmy Award-winning show is expected to reveal which of the warring families of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros will win the control of the Iron Throne. The final season is going to be as spectacular as possible. The Battle of Bastards and The Red Wedding directors will be helming majority of the episodes in the coming season, which is great news for fans of big battles and deadly weddings.
