Indian Couture Week 2017

The Indian Couture Week, one of most important events in the world of style and fashion, took place from 24th to 30th July. This year was a rather special year for ICW as 2017 marked its 10th anniversary. To celebrate this milestone, came together some of the best designers of the industry; Manish Malhotra, Anamika Khanna, Anita Dongre, Gaurav Gupat, Tarun Tahiliani, Anju Modi, Manav Gangwani, Monisha Jaising, Rahul Mishra, Reynu Taandon, Rina Dhaka, Shyamal and Bhumika, Rohit Bal and Varun Bahl. All the designers showcased their best couture designs while many Bollywood stars watched as the audience.

After the event was opened by Anamika Khanna and Rohil Bal, one after the other, all the designers wowed us with their creations. At last, it was none other than Manish Malhotra that ended the Couture Week with his designs as the grand finale. He chose the ever stylish Alia Bhaat and Ranveer Singh as the showstoppers. Alia looked nothing less of a princess in the beige and silver dress with a long train, while Ranveer wore a blue sherwani with intricate gold work and looked every bit as dashing as he always does.
