Disney's New Aladdin and Jasmine

After auditioning almost 2000 actors and actresses, Disney has finally chosen a new Aladdin and Princess Jasmine along with the friendly Genie. Disney has cast Naomi Scott, Mena Massoud and Will Smith for each of the roles respectively. For those of you who don't know, Naomi Scott most recently played the Pink Ranger in Power Rangers. 

Disney seemed to be having a lot of trouble finding the perfect actor for Aladdin but sounds like things have finally worked out. The original animated film was the highest grossing film in 1992 and even won two Oscars. This live action reboot of Aladdin is, without a doubt, very anticipated. We can't wait to see the magic they create onscreen again!
