Chitrangda Singh to Start Shooting for “Band of Maharajas”

Actress Chitrangda Singh is set for finishing shooting for her upcoming film "Band of Maharajas", this month. Directed by Girish Malik, she will be playing the role of a singer-musician, Billo Mumtaz, in a love story of Pakistani singer-activist and her musical journey. 

Chitrangda is known for her selection of unique films. The actress made her debut in the silver screen with Sudhir Mishra's "Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi" that also included stars Kay Kay Menon and Shiney Ahuja. One of her most popular films include "Inkaar", where she played the character of Maya Uthra. She was last seen doing an item song in the 2015 film "Gabbar is Back".
