Golam Rabbani Biplob Presents his Paper at Locarno

When it comes to actually making an international quality film, there are a lot of confusions, paranoia and hurdles that a director has to face. The Locarno Festival, in many ways tries to mitigate them with various initiatives. Golam Rabbani Biplob, a film activist and director from Bangladesh was invited to present a paper won the possibilities of filmmaking in the region of South East Asia and how to tackle them. Needless to say, this was a huge honor not only for Biplob, but for Bangladesh as well.
