RABA KHAN
Raba Khan is a popular name when it comes to humor and comedy in Bangladesh. Her versatile satire videos on her ‘YouTube’ channel ‘The Jhakanaka Project’ brought her to the limelight back in 2014. She is also a radio jockey at ‘ABC Radio’, a model and an actor. During an interview with Star Showbiz, Raba shared how she maintains her skincare and beauty regime in her busy life.
Skincare
After a long day of shoot, Raba comes back home and removes all the makeup using Moroccan Argan Oil Cleansing Facial Wipes followed by a Cleanser from Simple® Skincare. Finally she uses Neutrogena face wash to remove all the impurities. She has a dry skin type, thus all her attempts to care for her skin are mostly aimed to lock the moisture in and keep it softer. She prefers using the Neutrogena® Hydro Boost Water Gel. For extra care she treats her skin with extra moisture with the Bio-Oil, which she later washes off with her face wash. She also pampers herself with special facials like the Hydra Facial and herbal massage.
Haircare
She loves using the TRESemmé BOTANIQUE Nourish & Replenish shampoo & conditioner. She makes sure to apply coconut oil to her hair every time she uses hair spray to untangle the knots. She believes it keeps her hair soft and shiny and helps it regain the lost moisture due to all the styling and coloring. Her hair care regime also includes a protein pack once a month.
Makeup
She has to wear a thick layer of makeup every other day as she has to be at events or do live shoots for her radio show. She starts her makeup with a base of two moisturizers and a primer followed by her all time favorite foundation, Makeup Revolution Fast Base Stick Foundation. She favors this because it gives her moisture to her dry skin. She also prefers the MAC Studio Fix. She also uses concealar and contour to create dimension to her face. For her eyes she applies eye shadow palette from JACLYN HILL. Her favorite brands for lipsticks are Kona by Farnaz Alam and Mac.
Regular Wear
For her everyday attire, she likes to pick comfort over style. She likes to wear a comfortable pair of jeans with cotton shirts or T shirts. And always completes the look with a Shawl, even in the summer.
Party Wear
For parties or events she is usually styled in designer clothes like TASHA, Cape Town, and recently she has been wearing Panache Hub.
