Hera
Rukhsana Ali Hera started her journey with LUX Channel I Superstar 2008. Since then, she has been featured in many notable works in the media, with modeling being one of her main fortes. She has done TV commercials for brands like Banglalink and is currently one of the top ramp models of the country.
Skin Care
Hera starts her day by cleansing her face properly, as clean skin is the first step towards good skin. Clean skin also provides a good base for the makeup to glide on. Throughout the whole day of shooting, she needs to apply a lot of heavy makeup. Therefore, as soon as she leaves her house, the first thing she does is remove all the makeup using olive or coconut oil. Once all the makeup is gone, she uses the MAC Fix+ as toner to further remove any traces of makeup. Finally she uses the L'Oréal Paris Active Daily Moisturer to help her skin rejuvenate overnight. She also likes get a facial once a month or every two months.
Hair Care
Hera ends up using harsh hair sprays almost every day. Thus, she tries to oil her hair regularly to restore the moisture lost from heat and styling products. She also tries to get regular haircuts as this prevents split ends. She likes to color her hair very frequently and always tries to make sure that her hair doesn't become too dry or rough.
Make-up
For her everyday makeup, Hera prefers a very light base. She uses the Mac Studio Fix Fluid Foundation and then the Mac Studio Fix Compact. Once the base is complete, she applies a very light colored eye shadow to the inner corners of her eyes to highlight them. She applies a little bit of the L'Oréal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara and some lipstick. She prefers MAC and Jordana when it comes to lipsticks. She usually likes to keep her makeup light for running errands and only applies heavy makeup when going to an invitation. She prefers using kajal to line her eyes and then smudging on the kajal to create a smoky effect. Depending on the outfit, she chooses either a dark or light colored lipstick.
Regular Wear
Hera feels most comfortable in western outfit, so she always wears jeans with t-shirts, shirts or trendy tops like cold shoulder, off shoulder, crop tops, etc. She believes someone is at their most stylish when they are comfortable. This is why she always prefers comfort over everything else.
Party Wear
When it comes to parties, Hera prefers western as well. She usually goes with jeans with blazers, or tops and pairs them with chunky accessories. She also likes wearing gowns.
