Popy's New Avatar

After quite some time, Popy was seen back on screen in a lot of telefilms for Eid. The audience has applauded her performance as well. The shooting for her new film will also start this month. She will be playing the role of a police officer in Javed Mintu's Rajpoth. The last time she played the role of a police officer was back in 1999 in Montajur Rahman Akbar's Ke Amar Baba. Popy is currently preparing for this role. She said, "I will have to lose some weight for the requirement of the role. I am working hard to do that. The audience will get to see me in a completely new avatar in this film."
