Giving their hearts away

Renowned director Nurul Alam Atique has recently released a new short film, titled Donor, this Valentine's Day. The film features actors Tariq Anam Khan, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Orchita Sporshia and Yash Rohan, among others. The shooting took place in various locations in Mymensingh last year. The film is only thirty-minutes long, and can be watched on the online video streaming platform, Hoichoi. The director said, "Even though the film was released on Valentine's Day, the story isn't a typical love story. I'm trying to portray a different kind of love through this." Hoichoi will feature four more such short films in their series, Paanch Phoron, directed by Bangladeshi and Indian directors.
