Apu Biswas Stands Strong in Her Defense

The rumor mills keep on spinning with the revelation of the latest news of Shakib Khan and Apu Biswas's family. Recent rumors suggest that when Apu went to Calcutta to visit her doctor, she left her son Abraham alone at home under the care of a house-maid. In a later statement, Apu defended herself by saying that Abraham was not under the care of a maid, because he had Apu's sister and aunt taking care of him. Apu mentioned how she regretted leaving her son in Bangladesh, but she had no other option since her son was too sick to travel. On the other hand, when Shakib went to visit his son, he found the door locked and became anxious. Through media he showered his anger over Apu, accusing her of being irresponsible.
