Abul Hayat wants to leave Television

Displeased with the publicity policies of television studios and the budgetary constraints of the industry, veteran actor Abul Hayat wants to leave television and return to stage acting. He has received a tremendous response after he recently appeared on stage in "Dewan Gazi'r Kissa", directed by Asaduzzaman Noor MP, Hon.

Minister for Cultural Affairs. This has inspired him to become a regular again in Dhaka's theatre circuit, in addition to the fact that he finds it highly upsetting that the increase in the number of TV stations has led to a decrease in the budget for TV dramas.

He urged network executives to invest in quality content instead of focusing on quantity, and expressed great hope in the upcoming acting talents of the industry.
