Deepwater Horizon

Based on the factual proceedings that followed on an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico on April 20, 2010, the story records the bravery of those who operated on the Deepwater Horizon and the life-threatening moments of valour and subsistence in the face of what would come to be known as one of the largest man-made catastrophes in history.

The film stars Mark Wahlberg, Kurt Russell, Douglas M. Griffin and many more and is directed by Peter Berg. Deepwater Horizon is slated for release on the 30th of September, 2016.
