Admission for Fall 2020 going on at EDU

East Delta University (EDU), the world-class research university in Chattogram, has opened the admission process of the Fall 2020 semester at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The authority has arranged an online platform to admit from home.

Offering programs for undergraduate level are BBA, English, Economics, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering; and MBA, MA in English, MSc in CSE and Master of Public Policy and Leadership (MPPL) for postgraduate level.

During the pandemic, EDU was able to continue its academic activities through online classes from the very first day of lockdown. The practice of blended learning, continuing since the beginning of the university, has had a significant impact on EDU. Everyone is given free SIM card and 30 gigabytes of mobile data per month by the authorities to ensure smooth participation of faculties and students in online classes.

The university has established its campus with an exceptional architectural style surrounded by greenery. The field of teaching follows the North American curriculum, and some professors have teaching experience at various renowned universities around the world.

There is a chance to see the activities of large organizations of other developed countries through the International Graduate Leadership Experience (IGLE) course. EDU has a Student Skill Development Center and an Academic Help Center for students to build them up. There is also the Access Academy, where students develop basic subjects like English, Mathematics and Social Norms.

There are 10 scholarships for talented and economically vulnerable students. In the last eleven years, EDU authorities have awarded a total of eighteen crore bursary.
