# LUMIASELFIE

It made perfect sense to incorporate selfies into a celebration of tomorrow's nation builders. The pictures captured priceless moments of glee and euphoria of the participants. Microsoft Lumia sponsored “Selfie Booths” at this year's “The Daily Star O and A Level Award” presentation ceremony”. This was the first time “Selfie Booths” were introduced to the ceremony and were stationed outside the Shaheed Suhrawardy Indoor Stadium.

Open at all times, these pre-dominantly orange coloured booths came with their own set of props (moustaches, graduation hats) and signs like “Yes, you did it!” and selfie sticks. The make-shift booths also had large interesting frames that had images of shelves filled with books.  Students and parents could either access the soft copies of the pictures from a OneDrive link provided by Microsoft Lumia or get instant prints free of charge. The response was overwhelming as parents, students and teachers all posed for their own or had a Selfie Professional (also provided by Microsoft Lumia) take their selfie. By the end of the day, over 1200 photos were taken, all of which can be found on the OneDrive link provided by Microsoft Lumia.
