How to annoy your annoying friends

We all have that one friend, don't we? The one friend that constantly tests our patience by getting on our nerves without even breaking a sweat. The one friend who through their various annoying shticks make us question 'Why are we friends, again?', all the while thinking if we made a bad judgment call. Whatever it is that keeps going on in our heads as the annoying prick is pulling our legs, one of the reasons why we make sure that we don't hulk out on them is that we are nice people. But even nice people are allowed a few rants, right? So just in case you ever feel like you can't take it anymore, try these out:

GIVE THEM A TASTE OF THEIR OWN MEDICINE!

Because every once in a while, that's the only medicine you can stick to in order to cure the disease. And it's really simple too. All you need to do is observe for a while. It's like when you need to understand a math but you can't get the hang of it so in a last minute act of desperation you memorize the entire thing and every step. One can't be sure that it is going to work out just fine but hey, when you are desperate to get the annoying friend to lay it off, every option is on the table. And trust me when I tell you, they WILL NOT like the taste of the medicine, not because that's the thing about medicines but because it's THEIR medicine.

HIT THEM WHERE IT HURTS!

Let the manipulative-yet- sweet side of you take over and bring out the dirty secrets out of that friend when the time is right. And in case you are just sweet minus the manipulative then just look out for embarrassing stories of that friend that you may be lucky enough to overhear. Store all the leverage. Later, when the time is right and you can sense another attack coming, aim for the heart and make them regret everything they ever did to you.

IGNORE THEM...

I don't want to sound Hermoine-ish here, but I guess I will. Yes, dealing with friends who annoy you just for the sake of annoying is tough, especially if the person is good at it. When I say ignoring, it doesn't mean being nobly ignorant and letting them steam roll all over you. Just put a nice and peaceful smile on your face. Act like you are paying attention to what they are doing but simply do not care anymore. It will cause a chain reaction. It will bother them that you are not interested in giving any reaction anymore and that you have probably grown out of it. This will drive them crazy. And it will sow the seeds of self-doubt in them, making them think that maybe they are losing their touch and are not good at annoying you anymore.
