I Lost My ID Card

Lost your university ID card for the first time? Congratulations, you are now initiated into the real campus life problems. Procedures may vary in different universities, but the basics remain same. Go to the Registrar's office and report your missing ID.

If they ask you to, go file a report at the nearest police station. Show whatever you got from the police to the Registrar's office, ask for a new ID card, pay for it at the accounts or the bank and show the receipt back at the Registrar's office.

Now get the people there to authorise a temporary document or memo that you can use for most things that require the ID card, including entering the university premises.
