The Coach Futsal Fest 2017 comes to an end

On November 3-4, 2017, The Coach hosted "Wings presents The Coach Futsal Fest 2017" powered by Unisel Bangladesh, an inter-institutional futsal tournament. The Coach let its students volunteer as well as experience working in teams and also attain leadership qualities.

The tournament consisted of 33 teams divided in 3 categories - U19, U23 and Girls. With 61 matches being played in the span of two days. Each category represented the best talent of its age group and involved a plethora of moments to remember. Mohammed Alauddin, Head of Marketing, Sajeeb Group; Prof. AK Enamul Haque, Executive Director, UNISEL Bangladesh; and Shahin Reza, Regional Development Manager, Pearson Edexcel, were the guests of honour.

In the girls' category, Goal Diggers outplayed 7NA-NLA in the finals with Samaha Hamid of Goal Diggers being declared the MVP.

In the U19 category, JSK Youth of St. Joseph came out as the champions edging SB United (South Breeze) on penalties in a thrilling final. Fardin Ali Zobair of Relativistic Runners was the top scorer and Asir Ahmed of SB United winning the MVP award.

Finally, in the U23 section, St. Joseph reigned again with Josephite Soccer Knights beating NSU's 9 Shades Of AHR in a breathtaking final as Khawja Shahzeer Ehsan of JSK was announced as the MVP with his sublime performance helping his team win the trophy.
