Workplace bullying should never be a thing. Sadly, that's not the way reality works. Decades of ignorance towards this issue has now turned it into a culture, where in many cases, you are either the bully at your office, or the one that's bound to get bullied in one way or another.
In the past, you probably heard people talk about such form of bullying and how they brushed it off as nothing either to keep their jobs, or to please their bosses and colleagues. Over the years, the situation has only gotten worse, and right now, our generation faces this issue head-on.
Given the current economic situation of our country, our youth can't afford to just quit their jobs or look for a quick switch. Thus, they end up staying despite being bullied at their workplace by their colleagues and even superiors.
There's no fixing this situation, at least not anytime soon. However, the more we address this issue and the culture that surrounds it, the better our chances of finding some way to get rid of it.
