The End of the World A Story

Platforms: iOS, Android

This game is not for you.

Not if you're recovering from an emotionally taxing break-up or from a very rough patch in your relationship.

But this game is for you, if you want to explore through the days of a man trying to make his way through life after the end of a relationship. A world shattered to pieces, bleak and lonely, he wakes up- each day, and goes through a monotonous routine of walking around the town where there are memories embedded in each corner. But what does he find at the end of his tumble down bitter-sweet memories? Where does life take him after the end of his world?

The beautiful visual narration of this story is what makes it truly one of a kind. The game looks like a moving painting and is exuding nostalgia in every scene. The contrast between the red flashes of warm and bright memories and the dull and grey apocalyptic present gives life to the story as you play it.

The atmospheric sounds perfectly orchestrated to complement each segment, which makes it a truly emotional experience for the player. It is a perfect ode to the familiar feeling of depression and shows a journey that can be painfully relatable to many.
