After inputting your location of visit and the duration of it, the application will give you the chance to pick from a list of probable activities you will be taking part in on the trip. PackPoint also allows you to add custom activities. After processing all the information you have provided, the application calculates everything you'd need for the trip. This is where PackPoint outsmarts most other travel apps. It takes into account the weather of your location on the dates you will be visiting on and lists down the number of shirts and socks you may need for the trip. It also lists the number of clothes you would need based on whether dry cleaning would be available. Apart from clothes, PackPoint also takes it upon themselves to list down gadgets you will need and whether you should carry any sunscreen with you on the trip. The list they provide is fully customizable and you can email it to whoever else that may be going on the trip. It is an easy tool for an otherwise very stressful task.
