App Review

Learn languages

Platforms: Android, iOS

Are you enthusiastic about learning new languages? Are you, perhaps, a film connoisseur who likes watching foreign lingual movies? Or maybe you just like travelling around the world and would like to know a few basic frequently usable sentences to get by.

No matter the case, "Rosetta Stone: Learn languages" is at your behest. The already popular language learning platform has their very own app containing learning material for 22 different languages. The user interface is really pleasing with fluid transitions. It is easy to manoeuvre and really handy.

Once you start the app up and choose the language you want to learn, it offers you with a plethora of courses. Completing one set of courses allow you to progress to higher courses. However, the advanced courses need to be purchased for those seeking.

The courses are very intuitive and are neatly classified for different purposes like: learning basics, work & school, shopping, dining, travelling, greeting etc. Although the lessons get a bit repetitive eventually, they do their job fairly well. You can even download audiobooks, flashcards, audio lessons etc. from its vast library to listen to the pronunciations on the go.
