Idler games absolutely make no sense. You're basically watching numbers grow and there's a weird sense of accomplishment to it. Usually games have a reward for technical prowess and such but in idlers, you just tap and buy upgrades.

However, Egg, Inc takes that formula and polishes it up with great storytelling mechanics that feature famous figures such as Elon Musk (misspelled in the game, of course) and SpaceEggs. With each achievement and upgrade of your egg production facilities, you get to be a part of the grand scheme of things that basically involves eggs slowly taking over.

Golden eggs, the premium currency, aren't that difficult to find but the worst bit is that a grand majority of the golden eggs cannot be recovered without a $3 investment. Ain't nobody got time for that. 

This game will give you a few hours of fun at the very least. Give it a try, it's free after all.
