Best of the best: luxury cars for Bangladesh

The facelift of this German luxury barge came with a giant kidney grill, Napa leather seats and a Samsung tablet with which you can control a bunch of options at the back. For power, it uses the same 3.0 litre straight-six powerplant found in the new Z4 and MkV Toyota Supra, with the added plug-in electric system putting out a combined 394 HP and 443 lb-ft, with the car reaching 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds. Sporty!

Audi A8L

Do you hate buttons? Do you think they are boring and outdated? Well, the flagship Audi sedan is the car for you. The A8L replaces every control button with a touchpad, meaning fiddling with knobs is no longer an option. Performance wise, this pseudo-spaceship's  3.0 liter V6 produces 360 HP, giving the two ton car a staggering 0-100 km/h at 5.5 seconds.

Volvo S90

What happens when a Scandinavian automotive icon is taken over by a Chinese maker? Pretty great things, apparently. The S90 is the top-end sedan offered by Volvo and is one of the best luxury sedans if style and rarity is your poison. For power, the car's 2.0 liter turbo four cylinder generates a respectable 254 HP, while allowing you to save money through low AIT and great fuel economy.

Mercedes-Benz E300

The E300 somewhat looks like a smaller S-class, which is good considering the Three Pointed Star's flagship model is fantastic. On the inside, in an optional feature, Mercedes has decided to ditch the separate gauge cluster and infotainment screen concept by combining them to one giant 12.3 inch twin-tablet display and replaced the central rotary controller with a pair of thumb-sized touch-sensitive pads on the steering wheel. The car's turbocharged 2.0 litre engine puts out 241 HP giving the car a 0-100 km/h time of 6.3 seconds.

Toyota Crown Athlete

This luxury offering from Japan is way below the others in this list but punches way above its weight, which is also quite a lot. The car has everything you expect from a luxury car, along with the build quality sorely lacking in some other, pricier cars. For power, the car's 8AR-FTS engine puts out a respectable 241 HP. Toyota's reputation also means dramatically low maintenance cost.
