Garage, an e-commerce brand and the official sponsor of the Bobcats, registered a record number of ordered products in a day -- mainly mirrors -- since Saturday night following batter Khushy Rajib's reverse-slog-sweeping comment after the first T20 WC Blooper 12 match against the Island, which had sent Bobcats' critics into a frenzy.

In response to questions about the tactics during the Bobcats' loss against the Island, Khushy responded to a question about tactical failures by saying, "I think those criticising us should look in the mirror themselves."

Garage spokesman-in-hiding told media in the aftermath, "That was a godsend for us. There were so many people criticising them, who also paradoxically take every word the players say seriously, that we got millions of orders for mirrors."

Business picked up further as many, in a fit of rage, destroyed the mirrors in their homes after Khushy played a reverse-sweep and got out in the match against England on Wednesday.

So, on the night of the loss to England -- formerly known as the East India Company that kept delivering riches to the West; and on time -- millions of protesters were seen gathering outside the gates of the Merepoor Stadium, demanding that Garage either deliver their mirrors before the next match or give their money back.

"Not having any mirrors in the house was a nightmare. As an alternative, I had to turn the TV off during Wednesday's game to make surfaces around me more reflective, as per Khushy's instruction," said Shona Mia, a protester who came all the way from Ucumganj.

Meanwhile, rumour has it that a few bald-headed people faced facial abuse in Communilla, Brahbetabaria, Wrongpoor and other areas as the hairy majority was accused of rubbing oil, mostly flammable, on minorities' heads to better reflect their superiority.

On the digital front, activists of a globalist group known as the Araam Chair Ponditera (ACP), exclusively made of expatriates, urged Merepoor's central government to turn water bodies crystal clear, starting with Bhuriganga river.

"An eco-friendly solution is the only way up or down, depending on your frame of reference. If you're familiar with Greek mythology like us, you'll see the character Narcissus had stared at his reflection in something like a Jacuzzi and this is where it all began," opined the lead activist of ACP.

In response, 69 government officials and their families, including their in-laws, decided to embark on a month-long trip to Maldives to learn about the secrets behind developing pristine blue water.
