Prothom Alo picks 10 winning children

The Bangla daily Prothom Alo yesterday announced the names of 10 children who won the newspaper's Eid card designing contest.
The newspaper with assistance from Square Toiletries organised the competition "Meril Baby Gollachhut Eid Card Designing Contest" asking children under the age of 15 to send their own designs for Eid cards along with wishes for their parents.
A total of 1,890 children participated in the competition by sending their designs, which were exhibited in the auditorium of CA Bhaban in the capital.  
The winners were decided under two categories -- under 10 and under 15. The winners will receive books worth Tk 10,000 each, and have their designs published.
