Providing all support to bring Khoka’s body back: Info minister

Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today said the government is providing all the necessary support to bring back home the body of Sadeque Hossain Khoka from the USA.

While talking to reporters at the Secretariat, the minister also expressed deep shock at the demise of Khoka, former mayor of undivided Dhaka City Corporation and BNP vice-chairman.

Khoka, also a former minister, breathed his last at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York around 1:50pm (BST) on Monday at the age of 67.
