Slovak PM Pellegrini congratulates Hasina

Prime Minister of Slovak Republic Peter Pellegrini has congratulated Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina on her re-appointment as the prime minister of the country following her party’s landslide victory in the 11th parliamentary election.

In his message, the Slovak premier also expressed conviction that the relations between Bangladesh and Slovak Republic would be processing in all areas of mutual interest, a foreign ministry press release said today.

In another message, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic Miroslav Lajčák congratulated AK Abdul Momen on his appointment as the foreign minister of Bangladesh.

The Slovak minister in his message expressed hope that the relations between Bangladesh and Slovak Republic will develop in all areas of common interest and the two foreign ministries will contribute to this endeavour. 

Meanwhile, Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov also congratulated AK Abdul Momen on his appointment as the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh.

Mentioning that the people of the two countries are bound by common values and religious sentiments, the Uzbek foreign minister expressed his conviction that the two countries would be able to create favourable conditions by joint efforts for the consistent and effective development of cooperation.
