BNP vice-chairman Shamsuzzaman Dudu today reiterated his party’s call to the government to disclose the deals signed with India upholding spirit of the constitution.

According to the constitution, any deal or memorandum of understanding is signed with any foreign countries will have to be made public in the parliament or before the people, Dudu claimed.

“If it is not done, the deal and memorandum of understanding will be treated as the deal of slavery,” Dudu said while addressing a human chain in front of the National Press Club.

The human chain was formed protesting the instruments signed between India and Bangladesh during Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s recent Delhi tour.
