BNP to join polls under supportive govt: Noman

The BNP will not take part in the next parliamentary elections without election-time supportive government, says party’s Vice Chairman Abdullah Al Noman.

“We are ready to hold talks and also for movement simultaneously to materialise our demand of holding election under an election time supportive government,” he said at a discussion organised by Nurses’ Association of Bangladesh at Dhaka Reporters’ Unity today.

The BNP leader said if election held under an election time supportive government, good governance will be established as democracy will be restored in the country.

Noman alleged that the government is hatching conspiracy to keep BNP away from the election and trying to hold one-party election again.
