Khaleda apparently in good health: BSMMU director

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is apparently in good health, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) Director Abdullah Al Harun said today.

“She (Khaleda Zia) apparently is in good health, but her actual condition will be known tomorrow after getting x-ray reports,” he told The Daily Star this afternoon.

Earlier in the day, Khaleda was taken to BSMMU from the old central jail in Dhaka where she underwent some medical tests.

The x-ray in her spine, hip-joint and pelvis have been done and the reports will be available tomorrow, the doctor said at a media briefing after her medical check-ups at the hospital.
